3rd February 2021: Jumpinpin Walks and Boat Maintenance

 0700hrs:  Finally got our chart plotter connected to the SeaTalk buss and all of the other instruments.  The radar is awesome, still have to figure out the AIS.



0815hrs: Went for our first decent beach walk in over a month.  Walked 4.5kms along the South Stradbroke Island ocean beach and then back.
Hoping to find some Pipi beds, but no luck today.

 














1400hrs: Installed a new TMC saltwater foot pump.  It replaced the not so old leaking Whaler pump the same as seen beside the new TMC.

Original freshwater Whaler pump on the left and the new TMC saltwater pump on the right. The TMC is easier to fit and much more robust than the Whalers.
